WHAT IS NARCAN® NASAL SPRAY?
NARCAN® (naloxone HCl) Nasal Spray is the first and only FDA-approved nasal form of naloxone for the emergency treatment of a known or suspected opioid overdose.
NARCAN® Nasal Spray counteracts the life-threatening effects of opioid overdose. Since most accidental overdoses occur in a home setting, it was developed for first responders, as well as family, friends, and caregivers.
WHO IS AT RISK?
Anyone exposed to prescription or illegal opioids should be aware of risk factors that may lead to an accidental, life-threatening or deadly opioid overdose.
People at higher risk of an opioid overdose include: anyone who takes prescription opioids (such as Percocet® or OxyContin®), especially those taking higher doses, or taking them in combination with other substances such as alcohol or sleep medications known as benzodiazepines (which include Ativan®, Xanax®, and Valium®). Additionally, risk is increased for those with medical conditions such as depression or lung/liver disease and anyone who injects opioids, such as heroin or fentanyl.
People who may be at a higher risk include: anyone who has a reduced tolerance of opioids following detoxification, anyone with a suspected or confirmed history of substance abuse, dependence, or non-medical use of prescription or illegal drugs.
How do you use it?
Administer in accordance with the Instructions for Use. Repeated doses may be necessary.

Do I still call for help?
YES! NARCAN® Nasal Spray is not a substitute for emergency medical care. Always get help immediately, even if the person wakes up because they may relapse into respiratory depression. The use of NARCAN® may result in symptoms of acute opioid withdrawal. Rescue breathing or CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) may be given while waiting for emergency medical help.
Is NARCAN NASAL SPRAY safe for children?
NARCAN® Nasal Spray is safe and effective in children for known or suspected opioid overdose.
In infants under 4-weeks old who have been receiving opioids regularly, sudden opioid withdrawal may be life-threatening if not treated the right way. Signs and symptoms include: seizures, crying more than usual, and increased reflexes.
Will Narcan hurt someone not in a opioid overdose?
The medicine in NARCAN® Nasal Spray has no effect in people who are not taking opioid medicines. Always carry NARCAN® Nasal Spray with you in case of an opioid emergency.
I am unsure when to give someone NARCAN?
Use NARCAN® Nasal Spray right away if you or your caregiver think signs or symptoms of an opioid emergency are present, even if you are not sure, because an opioid emergency can cause severe injury or death. Signs and symptoms of an opioid emergency may include:
Unusual sleepiness and you are not able to awaken the person with a loud voice or by rubbing firmly on the middle of their chest (sternum)
Breathing problems including slow or shallow breathing in someone difficult to awaken or who looks like they are not breathing.
The black circle in the center of the colored part of the eye (pupil) is very small, sometimes called "pinpoint pupils" in someone difficult to awaken
What to do if I have given the first shot and these symptoms return?
The signs and symptoms of an opioid emergency can return after NARCAN® Nasal Spray is given. If this happens, give another dose after 2 to 3 minutes using a new NARCAN®Nasal Spray and closely watch the person until emergency help is received. Use the other nostril if possible.
How can the whole family get involved to help save a life?
Family members, caregivers, or other people who may have to use NARCAN® Nasal Spray in an opioid emergency should know where NARCAN® Nasal Spray is stored and how to give NARCAN® Nasal Spray before an opioid emergency happens.
Who should not use NARCAN® Nasal Spray?
Do not use NARCAN® Nasal Spray if you are allergic to naloxone hydrochloride or any of the ingredients in NARCAN®Nasal Spray.

What should I tell my healthcare provider before using NARCAN® Nasal Spray?
Before using NARCAN® Nasal Spray, tell your healthcare provider about all of your medical conditions, including if you:
- have heart problems
- are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. Use of NARCAN® Nasal Spray may cause withdrawal symptoms in your unborn baby. Your unborn baby should be examined by a healthcare provider right away after you use NARCAN® Nasal Spray.
- are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed.It is not known if NARCAN® Nasal Spray passes into your breast milk.
Tell your healthcare provider about the medicines you take,including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
What are the possible side effects of NARCAN® Nasal Spray?
NARCAN® Nasal Spray may cause serious side effects, including:
Sudden opioid withdrawal symptoms. In someone who has been using opioids regularly, opioid withdrawal symptoms can happen suddenly after receiving NARCAN® Nasal Spray and may include:
-body aches
-diarrhea
-increased heart rate
-fever
-runny nose
-sneezing
-goose bumps
-sweating
-yawning
-nausea or vomiting
-nervousness
-restlessness or irritability
-shivering or trembling
-stomach cramping
-weakness
-increased blood pressure
-In infants under 4-weeks old who have been receiving opioids regularly, sudden opioid withdrawal may be life-threatening if not treated the right way. Signs and symptoms include: seizures, crying more than usual, and increased reflexes.

Are all the kits the same?
No. Some kits have different drugs that they test. Please pick the test specific to the drugs you want tested. Example is the 12 drug test kits do not test for fentanyl. But the 8 tests and the 4 test kits do
I see cheaper kits out on the web.

All kits on this site have passed and has a CE marking. CE is a certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and testing standards of Canada.
Some tests have a disclaimer "CLIA Waived", these products have not subjected their tests to regulatory oversight therefore their reliability can be in question."

Are your test kits legal?
Yes. All kits have passed CE marking. CE is a certification mark that indicates conformity with health, safety, and testing standards for products sold. Our test kits do not contain any controlled substances or materials
Can I get another test for free if mine shows "Invalid"?
NO. These tests very rarely fail due to manufacturing error. 99.99% of al "Invalid" results are human error from insufficient specimen volume, incorrect operational procedure or an expired test. If your test is expired when we sent it to you by error the of course we will send you a new one. But if you screw up give us a call and we can give you a 10% "I screwed up" discount on another kit.

Very Discreet. All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes with no logos or product related markings.

What is your cancellation policy?
We do not charge any cancellation fees for cancellations right after an order is placed. However, please note that you can not cancel any order AFTER we have shipped it from our location.
How fast does my order go out?
Please calculate the processing time and your shipping time selection correctly to ensure you get your package when needed. Processing times for your order to leave our facility is 1 to 5 business days, not including weekends, and both Canadian and American holidays.

My package was sent back to you because of my error, what now?
$30 resending fee will apply. We do not make any money on this service, as USPS charges us $18.00 to send your package back to us and it costs $13.00 to resend it to you. (We consume labor and packaging material costs at our expense.)

Orders from outside Canada are not subject to tax, For Canadians GST/HST will be calculated as per Canadian tax laws.
